Today I will talk about counterfeit kits problem in Thailand. as every one know my country also have repute in bad way like counterfeit products. alot of tourist have said "if you go to Thailand... there is heavens of counterfeit shopping". songs, games, clothing, muvies etc., also the Figure kits.
the counterfeit figure kits is a long problem until now. some Thai modeller said... because he or she is hard to buy the copyright figure out side Thailand, but anyone know this problem was too old. why?... because 15-20 year ago no have internet and PayPal but now every home have. it is not good reason for buy counterfeit. other reason from them is"because the copyright is expensive...I would like the good one in low cost". as you know... the copyright are good quality than it is more hi-class and also... as you know company have pay big money for sculptor but Copy company not... he is the real thief!. if you no more money... or think like the resin or metal figures are too expensive, yes you can go with plastic figures like DML, Tristar, Tamiya etc. why not?, my friend Calvin Tan can painted plastic very fantastic and really nice like resin figure.
some reason said... because his ability is not good enough for painted copyright he has feel regret sum of money, he think it may good way to train with counterfeit. answer is same above...go with plastic. because some of reason as I said, many Thai modeller have look the counterfeit like his/her Hero, but he dont know... this way will destroy model socity. why the copy right is hard to find or can not find here?. why we dont have any figure dealers here?. because have alot of counterfeil here!. long time ago we have a good dealer at Bangkok, he import Verlinden, Kilin, Armati, Concord, etc. but when he was release new figures... he can sell only 1-2 copy and after 1-2 week it has same figure counterfeit release around Bangkok!. that shop cant stand strong long time, he close after open about 1-2 year because debt.
very good lesson but not long time, modeller forget this lesson. counterfeit kits still alot on market... have their own catalog and sell like not fear the TH laws. why?... some modeller or website have protect it. alot of fear to no have it!. but thay did not know. with this action... he will no have any good figures sell again in TH. he will can buy only counterfeit and never rise this socity to international!. dude! would like to show your works only in underground?

บางคนอ้างว่า การที่พวกเขาสนับสนุนสินค้าเหล่านี้ เนื่องมาจากความจำเป็นและความเป็นจริงที่ว่า "เป็นการยาก ที่จะหาโมเดลจากนอกประเทศ" จริงอยู่ที่สมัยก่อนที่อินเตอร์เน็ตจะเฟื่องฟู พวกเราต้องสั่งสินค้ามาทางเรือ ซึ่งกินเวลานานโข ซึ่งถ้าบวกเวลาการส่งแอร์เมลและการไปขอมัยบัตรซึ่งเป็นเอกสารสำหรับส่งเงินออกนอกประเทศแล้วนับว่าไม่ทันกิน...แต่สมัยนี้ที่ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตมีความนิยมกันมากขึ้น...นับว่าเป็นเหตุผลที่ฟังไม่ขึ้นหรือดูมักง่ายเหลือเกินที่จะทำซ้ำสินค้าที่มีเจ้าของอยู่แล้วขึ้นมาหากินกันเอง
หลายๆท่านกล่าวว่าสินค้าถูกกฎหมายเหล่านั้นมีราคาสูง ด้วยสภาพทางการเงินฉันอยากได้ของที่ราคาถูกที่สุด.... ทั้งนี้ทุกท่านรู้ดีว่า สินค้าถูกกฎหมายทั้งหลายมีคุณภาพที่ดี ระบบหีบห่อและการรับประกันที่ดี นั่นหมายถึงค่าใช้จ่าย... นี่ยังไม่รวมค่าโฆษณา ค่าจ้างนักปั้นและนักเพ้นต์ซึ่งสูงลิ่ว จึงเป็นข้อแตกต่างกับสินค้าละเมิด ซึ่งหยิบยืมของๆเขามาปั๊มไม่ต่างกับขโมย และคนซื้อก็ซื้อของโจรมาอีกทีไงครับ...
การแก้ใขในเรื่องนี้นั้นไม่ยาก ถ้าเปรียบเทียบกัน ถ้าคุณมีเงินไม่พอซื้อมอเตอร์ไซด์แต่อยากได้ยานพาหนะ...คุณก็ซื้อจักรยานสิครับ จะไปซื้อรถที่เขาขโมยมาทำไม? นี่ผมกำลังพูดถึง ถ้าคุณไม่สามารถหาฟิกเกอร์เรซิ่นหรือโลหะดีๆได้เพราะราคาสูง คุณก็ยังมีตัวเลือกเป็นพลาสติกอยูอีกทางหนึ่ง พอได้ฟังอย่างนี้บางคนอาจร้องยี้ เพราะรายละเอียดที่คมคายไม่เท่าสองแบบแรก...แต่อย่าลืมว่า นี่เป็นสิ่งที่เหมาะสมกับกำลังทรัพย์และไม่ผิดกฏหมาย ผมมีเพื่อนฝรั่งหลายๆคนที่เพ้นต์ฟิกเกอร์พลาสติกได้สวยกว่าใครๆที่ทำเรซิ่นปลอมๆในประเทศนี้เยอะครับ
จากเหตุผลคำกล่าวอ้างทั้งหลายที่ยกมา ทำให้หลายๆท่านพึงพอใจกับสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ แต่รู้ไหมว่านั่นคือหนทางทำลายวงการนี้ทางอ้อม... เคยคิดไหมว่า การที่บ้านเมืองเราทำไมหาของแท้มาทำยากกว่างมเข็มในมหาสมุทธ? แล้วเคยคิดบ้างไหมว่าทำไมไม่มีใครนำเข้าของแบบนี้มาขายเป็นเรื่องเป็นราวซักที?... คำตอบก็คือ เพราะของปลอมมันเกลื่อนเมืองไปหมดยังไงล่ะครับ
จริงๆนานมาแล้วทุกท่านคงเคยจำได้ว่าเคยมีผู้นำเข้าคนหนึ่งที่นำสินค้าดีๆมาให้พวกเราเล่นแล้วก็ปิดตัวไป
เสียดายไหมครับ...ความจริงคือว่าหลังจากที่เขาขายของได้เพียงแบบละ1-2ตัว หลังจากนั้นไม่นานจะมีของก๊อปปี้ออกมาขายตลอดเวลา จนในที่สุดเขาก็ขายไม่ดีจนเลิกไปในที่สุด...
เป็นบทเรียนที่ดีครับ หลายๆคนเสียดายแต่ก็ลืมมันไปในไม่ช้า กลับมาใช้ของปลอมที่จับฉวยง่ายราคาถูก แต่มีเบื้องหลังที่แสบเจ็บแสบ... บางที่ประกาศตัวว่าไม่สนับสนุนของลอกเลียนแบบแต่พอมีเรื่องมีราว...ก็แนะนำกันให้ขายกับแบบเงียบๆบ้าง ตามเมลบ้าง ทำเหมือนส่งมอบยาเสพติดยังไงยังงั้น ทั้งๆที่หลายๆท่านไม่คิดเลยหรือไรว่า การกระทำเยี่ยงนี้ จะไม่มีใครกล้ามาลงทุนแบบร้านข้างต้นในอนาคต ดีลเลอร์ดีๆ หรือร้านฟิกเกอร์โดยตรงแบบนานาประเทศจะไม่เกิดขึ้น และเราจะไม่มีทางยกระดับตัวเองขึ้นทัดเทียมสากลได้...
ถ้าเป็นอย่างนี้ต้อไป เราคงไม่พ้นเบ่งกันไปมาในกระลาอย่างเช่นในอดีต...

I made the barrel protecter with plastic sheet and attach to rail system with super glue..

OK, I start to made the structure of Rear Sight Cut-down. I use plastic sheet inside as armature and add epoxy outside. after it dry.. I have cave and sand it to correct shape. than, I add more detail in the last (no photo).
